| Within this section we have an exciting range of quality contemporary dichroic glass. Originally produced by the aeronautical industry and used by NASA, Dichroic glass is a very high quality glass which has stunning colours and strong iridescent and reflective properties.
Dichroic glass pieces are carefully fused by talented glass artists in different combinations. The result is a stunning layering of shimmering iridescent colour which changes depending on the angle it is viewed at or what it is worn against. The closest parallel, in nature, to this shimmering metallic effect is the colours found in peacock feathers.
