Shipping & Returns

Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days. In addition, please allow for delivery time to your destination. If there are any delays we will let you know. All orders are despatched by Special Delivery. Larger orders and heavy or expensive items are sent by reputable courier, usually with a 48 hour delivery. If your order is urgent, please specify this at the time of ordering.

£2.00 up to £20.00 Order Value
£4.00 for orders over £20.00 but less than £100.00 Order Value
Postage is FREE for all orders over £100.00 in value

What if the Goods are damaged in Transit?
No problem, all items will be traceable and insured.
If they fail to arrive or are damaged in transit then email us immediately and, subject to the carrier’s confirmation, we will replace as necessary.
Note: we will require the return of any damaged items before replacement or refund can be completed.

Returning Goods
Unsuitable Products - If you need to return any products, please do so within 14 days of receipt and we will either replace the products or refund your payment.
Returned goods must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition.
Products unfortunately cannot be refunded without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer will pay postage charges for the return of unsuitable products. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods If your goods are damaged or faulty, please return them to us within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
